Leveraging our many years of experience, we offer highly effective support and advice, drafting and reviewing all documents related to public procurement—particularly the Terms of Reference (SWZ), as well as any regulations and instructions. We assist contracting authorities in conducting tender proceedings, review decisions, and help prepare replies to appeals and other correspondence with contractors.

We also represent contracting authorities in disputes before the National Appeals Chamber.

We take on contractor responsibilities at every stage of the public procurement process: from analyzing the Terms of Reference and submitting requests for amendments (including changes to contract templates), to representing contractors before the National Appeals Chamber and common courts.
