She studied law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Łódź, and completed her legal adviser training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Łódź.
She has extensive experience handling litigation. For many years, she has provided legal support in the fields of labor and social security law, civil and business law, as well as family law. She also specializes in matters concerning the legalization of residence and work for foreigners in Poland, leading numerous proceedings before the Provincial Office for Foreigners and the District Labor Office.
Attorney Anna Kołata has frequently provided pro bono assistance. She actively participated in the “Save Your Business” (Ratuj Biznes) initiative organized by the Office of the Commissioner for Small and Medium Enterprises, aimed at supporting distressed entities during the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic. She has always enjoyed helping others—even during her studies, she volunteered at the Women’s Rights Center in Łódź and other institutions.
